We work in the medical field, and we are also bound by HIPAA laws, which are a series of federal regulatory standards outlining the lawful use and disclosure of protected health information in the United States (hhs.gov).

You consent to share your information with us, and to receive any emails, texts, or letters that are necessary for the delivery of great service, and the collection of payments.
Client Policies
Just Credible LLC is a fully licensed and insured professional cleaning company.
All cleaning specialists are direct employees of Just Credible LLC. We handle payroll, taxes, and workers’ compensation insurance. If client ask our team to perform any tasks not covered by our insurance, client is fully responsible for damages and employee’s healthcare bills.
Just Credible LLC supplies all necessary equipment and cleaning products to complete each job. If client wants to provide their own equipment and cleaning products they accept all responsibilities for damages and loss in their homes and properties, as well as any costs that occur to employees and our equipment due to their equipment and supplies malfunction.
We assign crews based on the size and specific needs of each home or business. Most teams include two employees, led by a crew leader who oversees the work and ensures high-quality results.

We strive to exceed your expectations with every visit. Before leaving your home, our crews inspect their work to ensure quality standards are met. However, on rare occasions something may be unintentionally missed. If you notice an issue after your own inspection, please notify our office within 24 hours so we can return the next business day to correct it. We do not offer refunds, but we are always happy to address and correct any mistakes. Requests received more than 24 hours after service will be added to your next scheduled cleaning.

Schedule Changes & Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change due to life’s demands. If you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment time and maintain full schedules for our team members.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Arrival Times
Due to the time-intensive and sometimes unpredictable nature of the cleaning industry, we are unable to guarantee exact arrival times. However, we offer AM and PM time windows for your convenience.
Morning appointments typically begin as early as 8:00 AM, depending on travel time. Afternoon appointments are generally completed by 5:00 PM. Please note that morning time slots are in high demand and availability may be limited.
For residential properties we work Monday through Friday only. Weekend can be schedule only on special circumstances.
Lockouts
If our team arrives at the scheduled date and time and is unable to access the home, the appointment may be rescheduled if the issue is not resolved within 20 minutes.
The first lockout will be treated as a courtesy with no charge. A second lockout will result in a $25 lockout fee added to your invoice.
Safety Policy
For safety reasons and in compliance with OSHA regulations, our cleaners are not permitted to use any ladders other than those provided by the company while working in your home.
Payment Policy
We accept most forms of payment, including cash, check, Venmo, and payments processed through Jobber with credit cards.
Repeated Cancellations
Frequent or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of services.
Valuable Items
If you have irreplaceable, collectible, or high-value items in your home, we kindly ask that they be secured or put away prior to your cleaning appointment to help prevent accidental damage.
Pet Fee
A pet fee may be applied for homes with indoor pets due to additional time required for dust control and pet hair removal.
Damage & Liability
Just Credible LLC is not responsible for damage caused by faulty, loose, or improperly installed items. Please inform us of any items in your home that may require special care or attention.
Our cleaning crew will notify you of any accidental damage that occurs during service. If you believe damage resulted from our cleaning, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service date. Claims made after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for review or compensation.
Severe Weather
In cases of severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled to ensure the safety of our employees.
Child Safety
For the safety of your children, we ask that they be supervised while our staff and equipment are present in your home.
Pet Safety
Please secure all pets during the cleaning appointment. This includes pets inside the home and any outdoor pets that may pose a safety concern.
Right to Reschedule for Safety
Our employees are trained in safety and scene awareness. If at any time a team member feels uncomfortable or unsafe for any reason, we reserve the right to stop service and reschedule the appointment. If more than half of the work is performed, an invoice will be sent with cost accordingly.
Non-Solicitation Policy
We invest significant time, training, and resources into developing our employees. Clients agree not to hire or solicit Just Credible LLC or its affiliates employees for private work while they are employed with our company or within three years of their last day of employment.
If a client hires a current or former employee within this time frame, a $2,500 placement fee will apply.
Phone or “blind” quotes are estimates based on average time, labor, and supplies for homes of similar size. Since every home is unique, actual service time may vary. If additional time is required beyond the estimate, extra charges may be added to the final invoice.
A travel fee applies to locations outside a 30-mile radius from our office. Services beyond 30 miles will be charged at $0.54 per mile for each mile over the 30-mile limit.
Employee Policies
All employees agree to abide by our employee handbook. Acceptance of payment implies employee read and agreed to all policies and company rules described in employee handbook. Employee handbook is available to download to all employees at any given time. A printed version can be made available upon request only.
